Short description

Podo is a free step counter for iPhone and Apple Watch that also shows how you slept, how much energy you have left and whether you have recovered. It reads Apple Health, needs no account, has no ads and keeps health data on the device. Steps, distance and calories fill three rings; sleep gets a 0–100 score and a hypnogram; recovery and stress come from overnight HRV against a personal baseline. Walks, hikes and rides can be recorded with a GPS route. An optional Pro subscription adds an AI coach that writes a short review of the previous day.

One-liner
